Srishti Innovative Featured in Destination Kerala
It was a proud moment for Srishti Innovative to be featured in Destination Kerala magazine. The report appeared in Issue 6, Volume 19, October 2016.
The article highlighted the celebrations and activities organised as part of Srishti Innovative’s 9th Annual Day celebrations. It also covered a special gathering of sponsored children supported through Pratheeksha.
A Special Get-Together for Sponsored Children
As part of the annual celebrations, a get-together was organised at the Srishti office for children sponsored through Pratheeksha. Around 26 children attended the programme along with their teachers.
The gathering gave the children an opportunity to meet one another and spend time together. It also created a friendly space where they could share their experiences and enjoy the day.
Meeting Their Sponsors Through Skype
One of the most memorable parts of the programme was the opportunity given to the children to meet and speak with their foreign sponsors through Skype.
For the children, it was a special experience to see and interact with the people who were supporting their education and development. Their conversations were filled with excitement and happiness.
Watching the children speak with their sponsors was a truly heartwarming experience. It helped create a personal connection between the children and the people supporting them from another part of the world.
Annual Day Celebration at Kovalam
The celebrations also included a get-together for the Srishti management and employees. The gathering was organised at Udaya Samudra, Kovalam, bringing together members of the Srishti family for the annual celebration.
The event provided an opportunity for employees and management to come together, celebrate the journey of the organisation, and look forward to the years ahead.
Distinguished Guests
The anniversary celebration was made more special by the presence of distinguished guests. M. Vasudevan Nair, former Head of Business Development at Technopark, and Rahul Easwer, author and activist, attended the event as the chief guests.
Their presence added value to the celebration and made the occasion even more memorable for everyone who attended.
A Memorable Milestone
Being featured in Destination Kerala was a proud moment for Srishti Innovative. The coverage highlighted not only the annual celebrations but also the efforts made to support children through Pratheeksha.
The gathering of sponsored children, their interaction with foreign sponsors, and the participation of employees and distinguished guests made the 9th Annual Day a memorable occasion.
The recognition also served as an encouragement to continue working towards meaningful initiatives that support children, families, and the wider community.
